Privacy policy
For this website and for my "ask a human" service, whether you use the web form, the API or the MCP connector. Last updated: 26 October 2026.
§ 1Who I am
I'm Cristian Desivo, a freelance software developer based in Argentina. I run this site and the service myself, and I'm responsible for the data described here. Contact: cdesivo92@gmail.com.
§ 2What I collect and why
- Your request. The email address for my reply, your summary of the problem, your name if you give it, and any follow-up messages. I use them only to answer you.
- Payment details. If you pay by PayPal: the transaction ID, and from PayPal the amount and the payer's name and email. If you pay in crypto: the transaction hash and the sending wallet address, which are public on the blockchain. I use them to confirm the payment, to stop one payment from paying for two requests, and for my accounting.
- A request ID. A random code that lets you, or your AI agent, read my reply and follow up.
- Technical data. Your IP address is held briefly in the server's memory to limit how many requests one address can send per hour; it isn't stored. My hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the page or file requested, the time, the IP address and the browser or agent name. For the MCP connector the logs also record the client's name and version, never the content of a request.
- The live demo. A question typed into the demo is sent to an AI provider through OpenRouter, which picks one of my approved answers. I don't store demo questions.
- The MCP connector. It receives only what your AI assistant sends as tool inputs. It has no access to your conversation, your assistant's memory or your files.
§ 3Who else handles it
- Google: hosting (Google Cloud Run, including its logs) and email (Gmail), where requests and my replies are stored.
- Telegram: requests are forwarded to my Telegram so I can read them and reply from my phone.
- PayPal: when you pay by PayPal, under PayPal's own privacy statement. The PayPal button loads PayPal's scripts on the request page.
- TronGrid: reads a TRON transaction by its hash, to confirm a crypto payment.
- OpenRouter and the AI model provider it routes to: questions typed into the demo.
- Google Fonts and GitHub Pages: the site's fonts and images load from them, so, as with any website, they see your IP address.
I don't sell your data, I don't show ads, and I don't use your requests to train AI models. No AI reads your request: I read it myself.
§ 4Cookies
Only what forms need: a security cookie that protects the demo form. PayPal may set its own cookies when you pay with its button. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
§ 5How long I keep it
- Requests, replies and follow-ups: up to 2 years after your last message, then deleted. Earlier if you ask.
- Payment records: as long as Argentine tax law requires.
- Hosting logs: under Google's retention, normally 30 days.
§ 6Your choices
Email cdesivo92@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it or have it deleted. I reply within 30 days. Deleting doesn't cover records I must keep for tax purposes.
§ 7Security
The site and the connector use HTTPS. Payments are confirmed with PayPal's API or on the blockchain, never from what a request claims. Only I have access to the mailbox and the Telegram chat where requests arrive.
§ 8Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with a new date.
